Applications Open for the Zonta Young Women in Leadership Award
 

Are you a young woman who is making a difference in your school, workplace or community?

Do you volunteer your time, take on leadership opportunities and care deeply about creating a better world for women and girls?

The Zonta Young Women in Leadership Award recognises young women who demonstrate leadership, commitment to volunteer service and a passion for advocacy.

This is an opportunity to have your contribution recognised and to celebrate the impact you are already making in your community.
 

💛 Who Can Apply?

The award is open to young women aged 16–19 on 1 April each year who live in a Zonta district or are citizens of a Zonta country.

Applicants should demonstrate:

• A commitment to volunteerism and giving back to their community.

• Leadership experience in local government, student government or the workplace — whether paid or unpaid.

• Volunteer leadership achievements and examples of making a positive difference.

• Knowledge of Zonta International and its programs.

• A commitment to Zonta International’s mission of building a better world for women and girls through service and advocacy.
