Applications Open for the Zonta Young Women in Leadership Award
Are you a young woman who is making a difference in your school, workplace or community?
Do you volunteer your time, take on leadership opportunities and care deeply about creating a better world for women and girls?
The Zonta Young Women in Leadership Award recognises young women who demonstrate leadership, commitment to volunteer service and a passion for advocacy.
This is an opportunity to have your contribution recognised and to celebrate the impact you are already making in your community.
💛 Who Can Apply?
The award is open to young women aged 16–19 on 1 April each year who live in a Zonta district or are citizens of a Zonta country.
Applicants should demonstrate:

A commitment to volunteerism and giving back to their community.

Leadership experience in local government, student government or the workplace — whether paid or unpaid.

Volunteer leadership achievements and examples of making a positive difference.

Knowledge of Zonta International and its programs.

A commitment to Zonta International’s mission of building a better world for women and girls through service and advocacy.

2027 Women in STEM Award
STEM AWARD NOW OPEN!
The Zonta Women in STEM Award celebrates and supports women leaders who are making meaningful contributions to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
​
Through this award, Zonta International seeks to support the next generation of women STEM leaders and encourage greater participation and leadership by women in STEM.
​
Zonta International annually offers 16 international awards of US$5,000 each, along with a complimentary one-year supporting membership in Zonta International for the following financial year.
​
The Zonta Club of Bunbury STEM Award recipient will receive an award of AU$1,000.
